Sure you all remember the fairly disastrous 55/56 season where we went without any manager at all, instead letting the players sort it out. Maybe we could give it another go ?

Maybe but I know an ex Republic of Ireland international who thought swapping his two centre halves with defenders after 88 minutes was a good tactical decision even when we were getting beat.

I suppose 'right' investment is key. Despite the investment in Salford, STFC's former manager seems to have found life difficult at that club.
