Wellens certainly seems to have got his wish for a relatively uncompetitive first match then.

Ritchie said Broadbent had his foot in a boot - something about a wound opening up again.

No Broadbent today then, I hope he gets a few games in pre season
Wellens said yestarday that Broadbent was still recovering from his op and needed another couple of weeks.

7-0 down first half, we are shit, Poundland Power. Relegation......Facebook Meltdown, fuck.
Brings back memories of Kettering away without the game of Pool before the match.
You can only beat what is in front of you.

In no way, a dig but Twine really needs to get among the goals in these types of games. No good just being creative we have lot's of that already

I was thinking the same, Twine seems to be being pushed wide far more than early in his Town career, almost used as a winger now.

Not that it means that much, but I can't ever remember us being this far ahead at h/t in a friendly.

Didn't we have similar results in Lake Garda when playing a "Norcia XI" or whatever they were called?

Didn't we have similar results in Lake Garda when playing a "Norcia XI" or whatever they were called? Sounds familiar, but they were basically a scratch pub side - or should I say trattoria.
