Was worried fly tipping would go through roof here also, thankfully though not seen any evidence of it.  The tip was initially closed in first day or two of lock down after some kind of altercation/violence here as well - there really are some fuckwits about.

And I was joking about fly tipping at Glasto - I reckon it would be safer to tip it at the "new" training ground as it wont be discovered for years...

I went passed Sutton's ground earlier and thought I'll go see them when it starts up. Didnt realise that why i thought that is it is pretty much all terracing, easier to social distance. So maybe a a bit of a shot in the arm for bringing it back en masse. Rip out a load of seats, Hey Presto, you get enough people into make it viable.

Was determined to explore strange new worlds and to seek out new life and new civilizations by taking the bus into town this morning.

Thought about adapting a pair of smelly old grundies for use as face furniture and an effective means of  keeping people and other nasties at bay.
After careful consideration had to perform u turn and ordered a more stylish paisley patterned face covering.
However the glasses kept steaming up during trials so it’s back to the drawing board.
Ditched the beard as well and made a micro community homeless in the process. Needs must I guess.
Drove into town in the end and looks as if the job of a bus driver is a lonely one at the moment.

It was fairly quiet in town, still a longish queue for Primark. Have they been waiting since Monday?
Didn’t go in any shops that were open, just had a walk around to build some confidence.
Small steps to something near normality.

Next milestone will be going into a pub again. Not on the day that they open though.
Pub of choice could be The Glue Pot or The Beehive or The Wheatsheaf Ale House, maybe all of them.  Smiley
The first post lockdown pub crawl will be world beating, that’s for sure.

Either get a little clamp around your nose to stop your breath getting to your specs, or wash your glasses in soapy water. Stops it all together.

Thanks. I'll give that a go.

Fixed my electric scarifier!  Cool

Used it on the front lawn and then fertilized - Looks bloody awful!  Sad

Not sure whether to use it on the bigger back lawn.  Hmmm

Going green figured a bit and bought a load of pots and plants yesterday (chilli's, tomatoes, herbs, strawberries) so have them all set up in the garden and hoping for a nice crop. New to it so been searching the web for tips.
