TBF its been reported on the Lincoln forum that hes going there since the end of the season. I am happy with Pitmans signing though as Morton is a bit more of an unknown quantity.

Hopefully he'll be able to teach Twine a thing or two.

He has signed as a player coach, so maybe.

Oh absolutely, more than happy with Pitman for L1.

I think the Morton thing was always going to be a punt based on his spell with Northampton (a good one it was) but football is strange and still kind of surprised the lad went to Lincoln. Maybe the loan deal out of his hands/choosing and more a club decision/favour?

Being greedy, I would have liked to see him at Town and play in a Wellens squad. I also think he would've done better here and fitting our style but if Appleton is changing the way Lincoln play then it might well be a decent spell for the FGP.

It was very close mate and led to believe very much on the cards.
Not sure why it didn’t materialise but a Baggies forward was definitely on the radar.

Jayden Bogle looks set to join Sheffield United, along with his team mate Max Lowe for a reporters £10m.

Let’s hope a double deal doesn’t effect the sell on clause, a la Gladwin and Luongo.

Yes let's hope not

Good player at L2 level, didn't quite make the grade in the Championsip TBF, good signing but that seems steep. He always had a good game against us for Colchester though. I guess the Slavers know they have money burning a hole in their pocket from the Toney sale. Also he was on loan there for a spell last season so knows the set up there.

Smodiczs was too good for City's exercise in hoarding and loaning out lower league players with potential...

Bakinson, Adelakun, J. Smith, Cundy (although that was an odd signing) etc.
