100% sure.
Hand bill, is a sort of leaflet for distributing. hand jive was a sort of dance done in cinemas etc, when you had to sit down. Hand spring, a gymnastic move.
Still looks like we need 2,4, 9,16.
I gave 2 on Page 1 Reg.

It's defo not. 16. What is another name for a traditional beer mug made out of stoneware? A tankard is a form of drinkware consisting of a large, roughly cylindrical, drinking cup with a single handle. Tankards are usually made of silver, pewter, or glass Beer stein (/ˈstaɪn/ US dict: stīn), or simply stein, is an English neologism for either traditional beer mugs made out of stoneware or specifically ornamental beer mugs that are usually sold as souvenirs or collectibles

Yeah, I think so. Although there still seems to be some debate about No 6, but I'm sticking with Malta for that one. For 9, I think the chap is the actor Zac Effron (?) but I don't know who the girl is.

I reverse image searched the girl to find out who she is.
I've found the link, but technically cheated so I won't spoil it.
Although, anyone would probably be hard pushed to get it.

The commonwealth one is interesting, looking at the teams competing in the commonwealth games, the home nations compete seperately, meaning you have the Isle of Man, Channel islands etc but they arent really countries I suppose.
Having said that, floating around in the back of my head is the fact that the only European countries in the commonwealth are UK, Malta & Cyprus, so I would go for Malta
