Heard today from an employee that the Maddison Hotel on the A420/A419 junction is closing in mid-June.  To be demolished and the business park behind them is buying the land to expand.  Sign of the times I guess!!

Well, the hotel is always empty and the retail park full, so it does make economic sense.

I thought that it was the industrial/business park behind that had brought the land not the retail park.
