I am after a new smartphone but there is so much choice our there it's a little perplexing.
The Motorola Moto G interests me, it's supposed to be the best in it's price range but for me it's a little too big.

I previously had an iphone 3 and am looking for something a similar size, the Nokia Lumia 620 fits the bill but it's a Windows phone and I don't know if that will hinder me in turn or apps etc.

Would anybody be able to shed some light on pros and cons of Windows v Android as well as possible phone suggestions, google just has too many contrasting things! Looking to spend 150gbp-ish

Merci

I had a windows phone - they are way behind Android/Iphone - so avoid.

I have Sony Xperia SP, a poor mans Galaxy but I'm chuffed with it.

I have an S4. I love it and it does everything I need it to, only complaint is that the memory is piss poor. I've always had samsungs as well so guess I'm just used to it.

You can get a 32gb SD card for less than £20 and a 64gb one for around £35 if you look online.

Yeah I do need to get a new one, I've had one since I had the Galaxy S1 but that's full now too. Need to stop downloading.... stuff!

Bought number 1 son a Moto G - Its ace and he loves it. It replaced his HTC Wildfire that came with the contract and after a short while kept crashing.

Number 2 son has an iphone 3GS which he is happy with.

Number 3 has a Samsung Galaxy Y which he thinks is too small.

I have an old Huawei. Its OK but not much more.
