Venice could have been one of the most powerful nations on the planet if it had played its cards right.
It didn't and fucked up east/west relations forever since.
History tells us that the power of states and empires ebbs and flows, and nothing lasts forever. I suspect the immediate future is going to about the rise of the eastern economies, and then power struggles that will be unleashed, notably between China and Japan.

Thanks for the invitation, if I can call it that. Trouble is I need the birds eye view to write a report, seeing as it will have to fill five pages on the Monday.
There are a fair few birds in the TE. Help yourself !!!!

If you come on the pre match piss up with me, Jutty and Victor Mildew, you wont be able to see the Stratton Bank anyway......always pray to kick towards the TE second half. Would like to have a go on The Flash's famous guess the gate sweep?

Maybe the fact you described his face as "punchable" a few days ago might make him reluctant to take you up on this?
Notably, I didn't say I would actually punch him. I'm a massive pussy.

Wouldn't a view from the soul of The County Ground offer a unique view for your loyal following Sam? Would be nice to do a feature on the Town End somewhere across the 5 pages? You can't miss Jayo, he looks like a short unkempt Jarvis Cocker.

Sam, Get a seat next to the press box, if they don't change the wifi password then you're sorted
