Thanks Steve for the answers you can give, understand the caveat. So how is Lee Power remunerated? Is he a salaried employee, a salaried director, an investor who hopes to make a return on his investment or some combination of the latter two?
I am not going to comment on any individuals personal agreements with the club, I don't think that would be right of me.

Fair enough, that's a reasonable point, hadn't thought of that.

How the the online ticketing tie in with My World aside from the loyalty points? Are they separate systems as I recall ticketzone(?) being mentioned during the summer.
Also, what is your favourite cheese?

They are separate systems but we are working with Ticketmaster to integrate and rollout to other clubs. I would say I like Brie best, especially a bacon and brie sandwich... not too controversial I hope..

So in effect we've been a guinea pig? Not that I'm complaining, the system has worked fairly well for me so far.
It's a bit of a boring choice but a perfectly respectable one.

STFC has defo been a testing ground to iron out any issues, but leading the curve will bring in quicker revenues..

Is this equally owned between you and Jed, if you manage to roll out elsewhere is it all profit to you and jed or will stfc benefit from anything

The more it rolls out, the more members generate money and STFC do get kick back from this so if it's successful then it gives back to members and clubs..

Steve:
1. What was it like for you working at STFC? Can you talk about some of the stresses or pressures? 2. Are you glad to be gone or would you like to come back at some point? 3. With you 'insider knowledge' of the business, what advice would you give us fans? Should we be happy or worried?

Oh, I thought he was just taking the piss. Didn't realise I'd upset him. Oh well, these semi-Vikings are all a bit temperamental

Oh, I thought he was just taking the piss. Didn't realise I'd upset him. Oh well, these semi-Vikings are all a bit temperamental I thought he was actually taking the piss and having a laugh. It genuinely made me laugh out loud, and that's kind of rare on the internet. (It made me spit a whole pint of tea over my laptop while I convulsed in amusement.) I was simply implying in a Callum Kennedy street-style, that he's on fire. Edit: and this had been said shortly before my post as well, which raised a chuckle. http://thetownend.com/index.php?topic=53001.msg1237198#msg1237198
