What about if a mate buys my ticket and assigns them to me...I should get the points, right...or does he need to 'forward' them to me to get the points?

Once game has been played tickets no longer show as current , in fact only show under purchase history  I messaged the club earlier as forwarding the tickets didnt appear as an option ( i had a couple I wanted to forward today ) even though have ppl in my network to forward to Surprise surprise they never answered so have no idea how its done or if possible after the game has passed Have messaged the club again Hold breath time

Got email from bloke called jason friday morning offering to set up account for my daughter. Few problems reassigning tickets already paid for but eventually sorted although I had to collect her ticket as it had cancelled and re-issued it and he had to print it but this was no biggie. I was still exchaging emails with him at 8 last night, he even credited us for the games attended before we got on my world (although the purchases were recorded in my name) Couldn't praise the club enough so I'm sure your email will be answered soon. My only worry is that Chelsea fans living in Swindon could get their sprogs junior red membership and jump in at phase 3

Just emailled the club, and hope for the same service. I'll give them the weekend off though!

Thinking back, I received first reply early friday, I responded early afternoon and didn't get anything back until long after I'd given up hope of a response that day (gone 7). It looks like they tend to deal with emails outside of opening hours, Saturday evening might be pushing it though!
Now if anyone can explain to me how I am going to assign tickets to the nipper that would mean I don't have to bother the nice man in the ticket office again - he probably thinks he's got a stalker the amount of times I've contacted him!
