Have we Hijacked the deal for Willian ?

Once Williams scored, and it took a while.  For a month maybe two he looked a player.  Quick, good ability to turn defenders and when he got injured felt we missed what he gave us.  But hes never been that player again for us.

Has become the nearly man.  He nearly scores.  he nearly gets on the end of a pass.  He nearly wins a header, oh hang on no he never even nearly won a header.

Is all down to who comes in.  If we bring in someone who can play with his back to goal, can hold it up and link play that is a hell of an improvement on what willo was giving us.  Good luck to him.  Over to Super Cooper with his replacement.  Hopefully today.

A good player with confidence shot to bits, when the team aren't playing very well he's the main focus from our fans for some stick. Watch him score a load of goals for Yeovil now, I hope he does.

The Yeovil fans I know poo-pooed the suggestion he might be going back. They don't want him.

He'll go and score 20 goals now, and keep the fuckers up. Benefit of that of course is that we will either get a confident player back or a decent transfer fee. Hopefully. Possibly. Probably not. But let's cling to that hope!

A little unfair to judge him this season as it does sound like (I haven't been to any games yet) he struggled in the formation and was getting frustrated, but even last season towards the end of the season he was about as useful as a one legged man in an arse kicking competition in front of goal.

Nah not having that, which is a reflection on Sabin rather than Williams

Swindon isn't the team for Williams, no doubt he will find his form elsewhere, but it's best he goes all round to be fair

Is he out of contract at the end of the season? so even if he does find some form we won't get a fee for him.

I don't think people are bothered that Williams has gone, more that there doesn't appear to be a replacement for him before tomorrow.

Cannot make up my mind if this is a good or bad move for us. He obviously has ability but being an out and out lone striker is not one of them and he looked far better playing alongside Collins/Adam Rooney/Storey. Having said that his first touch was variable to say the least and his form after his layoff last season was never the same. As said elsewhere he will probably score loads of goals for Yeovil and perhaps that is who he only really wanted to play for.

We are going to need a replacement very quick as any further injuries to our already thin on the ground forward line could be a real problem. Trust our board have this in hand!

 Hmmm
