PDC was like a 10 year old playing Football Manager. Just churning and churning the squad and keep hitting 'board request' and fining the players all the time until they are all unhappy with him.
Lee Power is more like a 15 year old who thinks he is Pep Guardiola playing Football Manager. Some interesting transfers, set the coaching to 'automatic', passing to 'short' and then make job offers to every coach in the league, but none of them want to join because it's a shit job and he is making all the interesting decisions.
