I like a bit of transfer speculation and rumour as much as the next man. But I want the club themselves to keep their mouths shut until someone has signed.

Indeed, making this 'we are looking at players' story a bit pointless

This time last season we had not made a single signing yet.

Here is a link to Shittys forum that has all incoming and outgoing transfers so far....looks like there has been about 20 signings by all the teams in our league so far in total, not exactly left behind.

Last year was unique though and it's obvious it was easier to sign players on a budget that was out of control.

Without wanting to come over all positive, that is way to good to struggle. Does lack depth though and half that side are crocked currently.

I've simply pointed out that last year we were active in the transfer market by the end of June.

As reference was made to last year I pointed out at what time in pre season we started to sign players.

A clearly difficult concept to grasp.
