I seem to remeber

"Brian would have left the club even if they had improved his contract offer" coming from some loser at Barnsley.

WE didn't offer him a contract
HE said he would have gone anyway
HE is a sad, pathetic, overweight loser who will not live through his next 90 minutes in Swindon!
