Pain in the ass as they also only allow you to change one device per month.  Comes in handy for watching the cricket at work though  Too Cool

The people i know with them have had nothing but problems...and as usual with Sky the back up and help for such matters are dire....there are many Sky help forums if you google that may help.

It uses Microsoft Silverlight. It's pretty much a given it'll be better on a PC, not that I've ever had any issues with it.

Quality of video is shocking on any device with normal resolution though.

I use it on my phone all the time and have never had trouble. The only time I had a problem was when they hadn't made it compatable with one of the Android software updates but that was sorted pretty qucikly.
