noticed that Morshead tweeted that Paolo was screaming for anyone to take it, not Miller. perhaps Williams is just really crap at taking penalties |

From what he has said before, maybe it was because PDC thinks that Williams is fragile under pressure. Maybe he thought a penalty miss might knock Williams confidence for several games? |
