I love the stuff. Eaten a wide range in my time, brain, liver, kidney, pancreas, sweetbreads, heart, head, tongue. Most of it has been very nice.

If you like a cooked breakfast try pan frying some lamb kineys in a little butter. make sure the core has been trimmed out first and just gently fry. omg i'm salivating.
