Oh,well in that case I quite like pate, and foie gras (I know I know).

And other things I like that are disgusting if you think about it : black pudding.

I love the stuff. Eaten a wide range in my time, brain, liver, kidney, pancreas, sweetbreads, heart, head, tongue. Most of it has been very nice.

If you like a cooked breakfast try pan frying some lamb kineys in a little butter. make sure the core has been trimmed out first and just gently fry. omg i'm salivating.

A few years ago I went to a league match in darkest Peru and at half time they were selling whole roast cows hearts on a stick!  Eek
