Was expecting about £50k for Troy as he came from Spurs so don't know how much Exeter actually developed him. Expected Collins to be around the £150k mark as strikers are just more expensive.
Wonder if the board expected this amount when they sanctioned the deals?

I think Wray and co have proved time and again they know what they are doing. Don't forget not that long ago we were happy to pay a fee of around 200k for Constable so to get Collins for 140k is pretty good business if you ask me. |

Bullet dodged there, and no mistake. Regarding Collins and Troy, we haven't seen the best of either yet. They're still warming up. Like everyone else, I'm a little surprised at the valuations - but I'm pretty sure that both will turn out to be good pieces of business in the long run. |
