SBC doesn't own most of the Town Centre shopping areas though, not a lot they can really do except make pavements with spotlights and tart the place up a bit.

The plans for the bit that runs from the bus station/carfax street area, up through Fleming Way and then up to the Wyvern are interesting though. Just a shame that even simple things take so long, Whalebridge junction has been a complete fuck up.
