I can't imagine it's got worse

Traffic report just now on BBC Radio 5 mentioned snow related problems on the A429 near Cirencester, and something about an oil spill (?) on the A4 near Marlborough.  Doesn't sound good out there.

Sounds like the 429 Stowe road is closed due to ice and snow. No idea which stretch though,.

A429 Gloucestershire - A429 Stow Road closed in both directions between the B4425 junction in Cirencester and the Fosscross Lane junction in Fossebridge, because of snow and ice

also a warning:
M5 Gloucestershire, both ways between A46 [M5 junction 9] and B4509 Thornbury [M5 junction 14]

M5 Gloucestershire - Hazardous driving conditions on M5 between J9, A46 (Tewkesbury) and J14, B4509 (Thornbury), because of snow and ice.

I fancied it, but it's shit up here.  Forecast is crap as well so may have had problems getting home.  Hope everyone gets there safely & witnesses a town victory!
