My first ever game was the wembley final against leicester i can remember crying when the fourth goal went in as the noise was tremendous and i was only 4ish haha i remember my dad getting up and leaving for the toilets when it was 3-3 and remember bodin scoring the penalty. My first Premiership game that i can remember was a home game against wimbledon we lost 4-2 (i was in the stratton bank end) http://www.swindon-town-fc.co.uk/MatchCentre.asp?Tab=Video&MatchID=19940139I remember Vinnie Jones jumping up on top of the building were they clean the kits. think i was about 5-6. Been to about 85% of home games ever since and have sat in every stand as ive gotten older. My first league game was at home to port vale in the old first division Fjortoft scored the first at the town end with a volley, Keith Scott scored the second at the stratton bank end with a header in the last few minutes, http://www.swindon-town-fc.co.uk/MatchCentre.asp?MatchID=19950101Been downhill mostly since then....until now ofcourse best season since i can remember.

Well, that was an eye-opener. It now seems that my first game was against Bristol Rovers but not the 2-2 draw in 1969 but the previous season which was 4-1.
This, of course, probably explains why I chose Swindon over Brizzle!

My first game was at home to Barnsley on 25th February 1995 and was an extremely dull 0-0, not hinting at the rollercoaster it is supporting us

I can't remember my first game.
I can remember going to the Scunthorpe game in the FA Cup, and watching Trevor Francis play for Birmingham, booing John Galley at Ashton Gate & watching the Anglo Italian games at the CG (especially the Sampdoria game).
But I had been to games before these, I specifically remember one game when we sat on the benches that used to be in front of the old Shrivvy Road stand but have no clue who it was against.

I'm fairly certain Calderwood scored with a quite blatant handball, it rightly stood.

Can't remember, I was only 7. Would have been very early 70's, could have been an Anglo Italian cup game v Sampdoria, or a Villa game. I have trouble remembering what games I've been to last season(although I'll never forget Port Vale at home), let alone 40 odd years ago
Oh and it's San Miguel time, that might bring the memory back

Jimmy Allen's testimonial, just before Mexico 86. David Speedie was playing for Chelsea (I think), we lost 3-2 (I think).

Speaking of Darren Beckford, his daughter was on our team when me and Ralph played at wembley the other week. She plays for Man City ladies and is Danny Webber's sister. Back to the topic anyway, Southend away in 1991. Dad got free tickets from a car salesman when he bought a car http://swindon-town-fc.co.uk/MatchCentre.asp?MatchID=19920116
