Everytime I try and watch a clip via You Tube it pauses every couple of seconds and hangs before repeating this throughout. This happens on my phone and PC. It really pisses me off and invariably I give up trying to watch something.
Anyone know what causes this and what I can do to stop it?

Start playing it. Pause it - wait for the bar to load to 100% then press play. |

Try clicking on it, selecting settings and get rid of the tick against enable hardware acceleration.
