I read somewhere that the biggest club allocation was to Saints in the 2010 final - 44k -  That's the largest for the JPT yes. Millwall have the record though in all comps.

Millwall had a ticket allocation of 49k and sold 45k so looks like they may have the record, the full attendance was 59k so it must have been pretty empty in the Scunthorpe end
