I'm looking to book a holiday in one of the Greek isles, and I need the turnaround day to be Monday. I have looked at two holiday companies, who both appear to have Saturday as their turnaround days. Can anyone advise please?

Hmmm, good point. I am looking for a package deal really. I haven't been on a package holiday since about 1999, and I remember that turnaround days could be midweek! Have things changed since then?

I often go to Spain & book flights & accomodation separately. Works out way cheaper. Have used package tours for all inclusive deals in Kenya, & Tunisia. Mainly because I didn't want self catering (eating out) anyway. I guess Greece would be similar. Have in the last few years avoided the Euro Zone as much as possible, as the cost of eating out now is horendously high compared to what it was. (However that could be changing due to the eoro problems). Hence when I went to Corfu, I booked half board so I would not be sunject to high eating costs. Of course the main benefit of a proper package holiday is in the event of a company going bust you get covered, although credit card payments can also give you this I suppose.

Do you have to go to Greece ? - it could well be a nightmare if they fall out of the Euro, which is a distinct possibility.
