Even after this weekends cracking win I think a lot of people in the game still see Paolo as a bit of a novelty appointment and good headline maker, which suits us.
Can't see him being poached just yet but give it a few months and it will be a different kettle of fish.

How anyone can praise someones loyalty after 20 odd games is frankly astonishing. What's he proved? It's just words that you hear from any new manager.
I'm not praising his loyalty after 20 games though, I am referencing his potential to be loyal. I think he would be loyal (whatever that means in football terms) if QPR came in for him now (which they won't) because of his attitude and what he says. Although all we can go on is what people say isn't it until they prove otherwise.

We're a nice starting point for PDC.
He would follow a few young un-tested managers that have started at STFC.

Hughes is nailed on. To suggest that QPR would be even the slightest bit interested in a manager who is just 20 plus games into his managerial career is quite simply baffling

Amazing really isn't it. We had the same nonsense with Poyet. I'm not suprised Warnock got the chop, he was going to lead them valiantly to relegation on the last day. And then spend a few years bleating on about ineligible players or something.

Paolo being linked to vacant managers jobs is something we will have to get used to if we continue to make headlines. The day will come when he moves on but it certainly won't be yet. I like Warnock and think he is a good manager who wont be out of a job for long.

You don't think he'd be interested? In a London based Premier League team? With money to spend?
You sir are an idiot. I personally think your comments are out of order DRS PDC has done nothing in his career to suggest he throws in the towel or moves on at the first opportunity Since he has been here he has done nothing to suggest he will move on - in fact quite the opposite he has said Swindon are now family and part of his heart Yesterday (albeit in the heat of the moment) he clearly said it was the best day in his football career To suggest as you are that he would easily move on shows you have learned nothing about the character of the man (only my opinion of course....)

So there we have it. Southend already have their next manager signed up.

DMR, it's DMR. While you're here, tell us what you learned about the character of Wise and Sturrock.(I only want your opinion of course....)
