I'm a big fan of kippers, but for the life of me have never seen the appeal of eating kedgeree for breakfast.....I believe it's what posh people do. DMR?

Not sure....think it was originally an Indian dish, so was eaten by old colonials....

It's alright though for you Scandas....when you have to eat fish for breakfast, dinner, tea and supper, because there's not much else.
