Maeve is still fit, that’s the main thing.
This series was easily the worst, it was very much in your face and I didn’t take much interest in any of the new characters at all.

I liked it. No spoilers as you seem to have not finished it yet but there's a funeral episode which is top notch TV.

Unless there is another one I think we have seen that, and it was good!

TBH I don't think series 3 was a patch on the two before it either.

We have a sort of vested interest in watching to the bitter end as my nephew is in it in one of his first post drama school roles, but it just hasn't grabbed me and seeing that the last one is an extended one just led to us sacking it off and turning over and watching All Creatures Great and Small last night!

Maeve is indeed fit, she is also in the Barbie Movie (as are Adam and Eric in fact!) alongside Margo Robbie which is a bit disconcerting.

Whilst Aimee is still eating the scenery in every scene she is in (and is the best thing in it!), its just not the same without Lily!

Who's your nephew?

Its not a big role, and we haven't spotted him yet so I fear he may have been ditched in the edit anyway, but to be fair he has already had a small role in Casualty (haven't we all!) plus is in the upcoming Dr Who and some Welsh drama thingy so he isn't doing too badly!

On the wider issue as per your other post I think Ruby has actually been the big star of this series, but even that seems to be pointlessly petering out towards the end.

Home alone over the weekend, so caught up with the Reckoning. Christ that was a hard watch, but was left in tears listening to a couple of the victims at the end. Made me think of the hundreds of others across the country (who would be around my age) that are still living with the hurt and trauma. Then, there is the guilt that I feel at not spotting what was in clear sight - I just thought he was eccentric! Jesus!

The Bear on Disney+. Enjoyed Series 1, and although I've not watched series 2, yet, I've heard it's even better. The lead character is great.
