Unless he's driving ??

Incidentally, where in the Netherlands are you from and who is your Dutch team? I'm off to Amsterdam next month and have been to Eindhoven for 3 PSV games. I like the dutch.

They live in Barneveld, supposedly dubbed tok tok city due to the vast amounts of chickens there?
I've bored myself with this post, that's a new low

We're looking for pubs, shops, perhaps a gig, historic buildings etc. Im from a town called Heemskerk. 25 mins from Amsterdam city centre, 10 mins from the sea. I support Ajax. Seasonticketholder as well. Grew up with it. My family originally is from Amsterdam. Im not to fond with psv. Dislike everything about that club. Alltough the city of eindhoven is nice and the philips stadium also is not bad. why psv?

You won't be short of pubs, clubs etc in Bristol. I used to live there and the nightlife's good. You rarely get many 'big' gigs in Bristol anymore but depending on your musical tastes there's normally something to entertain yourself. If you want a proper westcountry drinking experience, sample some lekker ciders in the corination tap...........hangover guaranteed!

What I mean is, Bristol used to be the place for big gigs in the south west but it now seems that a fair proportion of bands prefer to do Cardiff instead. There are still a few gems now and again but it's not as consistent as it once was
