Was manager of Thai side Army United. Now coaching at de Montefort University.

He sounds ideal, to me.

I went to Demontfort Uni and was the Ents manager after I left.  I dont have to be Pox's manager do I?

Yes you do. Look, it's not nice and no-one wants to do it, but everyone's got to take their turn, it won't last long and then you can get on with rest of your life. Well, after the decontamination procedure and the rehab of course.

TBF to him he has really struggled at Charlton with a massive budget for that league, he is sure he won't be wanted when the new Aussie owners take over eventually at Chalrton who want to replace him with Harry Kewell apparently.

He offered his resignation but that has been refused.

It will be interesting as he always spoke quite fondly of us in interviews I've read.

Fuck knows why you'd want to drop Charlton for Oxford though. Almost as stupid as Flitcroft dumping us for Mansfield I guess...

Robinson is still an arrogant, ignorant minge monkey Smiley
How can you refuse a resignation? If Oxford want him, and he wants to go, why doesn’t he just tell Charlton to stick it and leave?

He was a youth player with us under Muckmahon perhaps he liked it here?

I think him leaving Charlton is because he knows he will be replaced as soon as the Aussies take over soon (its been soon for months!) and rather than be sacked he wants to quit, he probably still lives near MK too which is closer to Pox than London.

So maybe he is a bit of a Town fan Wink that would change my opinion of him Smiley

He probably has a clause in his contract that if he quits he is not allowed to manage another club for a set amount of time, and Poxfraud don't want to pay any compensation to release him from the contract.

Isn't this standard practice in Football, hence why you have to pay up the contract if you replace them.
The alternative is you keep paying them, but they can't take another job. That's why the two parties often agree a settlement, it's less than the full amount of the contract, but allows the outgoing manager to take another job.
