Probably been mentioned before but all the Italian players we sign are only here because of di Canio (Comazzi even admitted that), so when the inevitable happens and di Canio leaves, these players will too (or will want to). So then that will be alot of the team gone and leaves the next manager with another big rebuilding job. Unsustainable I think the word is.

Strangely, only a month into his reign, very few people have spent time planning for his exit.  Very few players stay for more than a couple of years at a club, so hardly saddling us for years to come is it?  I think you are a J1mmy character and I promise myself this is as close as to a bite I will come from this point forth.

Bollocks. They're all coming here because the David Murray John Tower is such a highly regarded piece of architecture all around the globe.

How the fuck am I planning for his exit, all I did was post my fucking opinion and now I'm accused of being a wind up merchant, fucking hell. You really are a cunt.

For how much of a good site this is, some twat's like you ruin it. Just because my view is different to yours.

to be fair, it's not an overly optimistic think talking about PDC leaving already...

Friendly word of advice...you need to get a lot less shouty.  Lots of new posters at the moment, and most are getting on just fine.  Relax a little.

They may soon be attracted by the possible wind turbines at Honda...which will be half as tall again as the DMJT.

Paolo Di Canio is doing what many people wanted Town's new boss to do, a mass clear out and construction of a new squad.

So why the concern that our new manager is building said squad? Nobody cared when Dennis Wise did it and nobody cared when Paul Sturrock came in (and he brought in a lot of his favourites).

So what if the Johnny Foreigners will only play for Di Canio... They'll be offloaded and our next manager will re-build. League Two and League One tends to be more-and-more of a revolving door.

I swear TEF has so many dramatic ups and downs in mood that it's practically bi-polar at the moment.

I don't have a problem with the players he is getting, I think it's great that they aren't having players like Rose and Prutton anymore. All I'm saying is that if di Canio was to leave mid-season, then we would be in a bit of trouble with players like Comazzi who are only here because of di Canio. I might be completely wrong and they will still be 100% commited but then again they may not be and become a bit like some of the players last season.

These are issues that could occur with any footballer anywhere in the world.

Just cross that bridge if/when we get there.

At least wait till the season starts before starting to worry about things like this.

We have seen managers come and go over the years and it will happen again, enjoy the ride till it happens
