Take the point about Season ticket prices, but we were getting 3-3.5k on the day sales last year and imagine that will be next to nothing this year.

Would balk at paying 25 quid in L1, would accept it in the Championship. In L2 it's outrageous.

So they lied in their season ticket leaflet then.  I have a season ticket, but this must surely piss off people who were looking whether an ST was worth it and decided it wasn't based on £20 match day.

Own-goal.

People are forgetting that the Townend is still only £19.
The Arkells is made up of 'older' people who simply would not be able to watch properly from the town end. This board get a lot of praise when it's due but it isn't due here. I think it's a awful decision. The solution that they should just get a season ticket is a stupid one as not everyone can do that and even the monthly one is down to credit checks so what if people don't pass?

I got my season ticket already but i can guarantee you the people who sometimes come with me on a matchday won't at that price now

Big mistake.

Two people have already told me they're not going to the Crewe game now, who had planned to go before.

Surely advanced ticket prices will still be cheaper?

Yep looks like they messed up there and it's not a price anyone would want to or expect to pay for league 2 football. I suppose they're banking on a fair few DVs who wouldn't go even if it was a fiver a week. It's definitely going to heavily backfire if we don't get off to a good start.

I guess we may fill the town end up a bit more now which will be good though.

19 for the TE is also harsh though.

Might want to sticky this thread for the inevitable moaning from other clubs fans..
