Or just get the club to postpone the games you miss.

We got married in August, and the club kindly re-arranged the first home game (with Reading) to later in the season so that we didn't miss it. Smiley





(well actually it was because that happened to be the year that they were re-doing the Stratton Bank & it wasn't ready in time, but I prefer the first option)


What season was that then? Hmmm

Those of us who did get married during the season should have a competition.  What was the score on the day you got married?  Best result wins.

I'll start.  We beat Chesterfield 2-0 at home - both Cureton goals - in front of a crowd of 5,661.  (A slight improvement on the stag weekend scoreline 4 weeks earlier away to Forest.)

I got married in June so I wasn't stupid...............althuogh i was on honeymoon when England played W Germany in the smis of the World Cup in 90 and after we lost I blubbed.

I've been invited to a wedding in Wilts which is on Opening Day.

I haven't seen this guy for 10 years... Whirlwind trip to the CG for Di Canio's opening game is far more tempting.
