I have a horrible feeling it may not be DiCanio or Hamann and that we may end up with someone like Nicky Forster or Calderwood.

My personal preference would be Hamann so I am just hoping that the foxes are needing some time to wrap up their changes in the boardroom after the majority shareholders took full control this week?

Wishful thinking though as we'll probably announce someone has verbally agreed and then there will be a reason they cant join at the last minute causing us to offer the job to someone else and we'll be reading daily drivel from the adver about "I may have been 2nd choice, but I'm not 2nd best" or similar tripe.

I reckon it's Hamann and Di Canio as a sort of Hannibal and Murdoch combo. Or something.

Samsung, EA Sports and 442 don't seem bothered !

If it is Di Canio then there will no doubt be a lot of media interest ie the sponsors get shit loads more coverage

Personally I do hope it's Di Canio. Exciting times ahead

If DC has a lounge named after him at West Ham does that mean Marseille or Rennes will have a Fanni Bar or Lounge?

As mentioned in the twitter thread, it's thought (by Gary Rose) that Di Canio has verbally agreed.

A verbal agreement is not worth the paper it's written on. However,it looks like I may have to take a leap of faith and back him after all.  It'll end in tears, quite quickly I'd imagine. Glad I've not got a long term season ticket as I don't really fancy the Conference.

Certainly exciting times ahead if it is indeed Di Canio.

I'll be interested to hear Wray talk about how clear cut this decision was.

BBC radio and the Adver saying they "understand" its Di Canio. It would be a major shock if it isn't now.
