Weasel - Where did the Douglas comment come from?
Heard he was ranting in the office a few months ago. Might have just been blowing off some steam, seems a grumpy fucker at the best of times but still... He wasn't at the kit photoshoot the other day so I reckon he's off whatever happens. |

we've needed douglas to really earn his considerable corn this season.he has failed.
never scores when we are desperate for goals from areas other than upfront.
prutton gets stick(and rightly so) but at least he's chipped in with a few goals.
signing prutton in hindsight was a mistake,as he is to like douglas so it hasn't worked.
i'd like a mass clear out.couldn't give a fuck about any of em really

The players dont have to live in Swindon. Cirencester, Marlborough, Hungerford etc are all only 20 minutes drive away.
But those Towns dont have Football League clubs for a reason.

While it would be nice to get rid of a least 75% of the squad in the summer it won't be possible, practical or maybe even sensible to do this.
I'd expect half of the squad to stay put.

I would add to my keep list Timlin, LJF and Sheehan, only as part of my desire to play 5-3-2 wing backs (because we haven't had two good wingers at the same time in years). And I think they are good players with random runs of form. No idea on what kind of money they're on.
There. I've stretched my list.
