I wasn't given a fair chance, says O'Brien

ALAN O’Brien does not feel he was given a fair chance by boss Paul Hart and accepts his future lies away from Swindon.

Maybe not by Hart, but he had two seasons of being rubbish or injured...

I'm not sure O'Brien's ever had a fair chance off his own body to be fair, he looked bright at Bournemouth this year but he's just too much of a risk to take with his hamstrings and not exceptional enough to justify it

Hart was brought in to keep us up with very few games remaining. Not really room for giving players who've shown very little over the past two seasons "a fair chance" to suddenly show they're magnificent now their contract's coming up.

'Hamstrings made of cheese' is a Townend quote that I always remember and always makes me chuckle when I read about AO'B.

He has a point. Hart didn't give him a fair go.

Personally I would have had him on the bench for the rest of the season, but I can understand ewhy he isn't.

Maybe Hart thinks that although he is quick in a Forrest Gump sort of stylee he is still very injury prone and has shit for  footballing brains ?

You see that Range Rover Sport in the car park, how much money has he made from running fast and being injured?

Athlete footballers always get found out.
