I was thinking Thunderbirds or Dangermouse.

I went to one as one of Bananas In Pyjamas not long ago.
Bear in mind with these sort of costumes it's not easy to drink without keep taking the head off or putting a straw in through the gap in the costume (lager through a straw was my system) so something like Thunderbirds might be better!

i went as yoda once, trouble is you have to take the masks off to have a beer or smoke, once the mask is off it tends to look abit shit,a load of us also done a 70's pimp theme which was superb
