I asked about this when I phoned up on saturday to renew. Chap said that if they had your e-mail address on file then they e-mailed you, otherwise they posted it. That said, if the e-mail wasn't opened (like mine, sent to an old address) then you should've had one posted anyway (didn't happen for me). |

I got my student one over the phone last year aged 26... had to prove studentdom when i went to collect it. |
