There is something funny about Danny Wilsons interviews and comments tonight. He sounds so calm. Almost resigned.

I smell a rat...

Danny Wilson peed his pants in january, and it's been warm a few weeks. Today he realized that it turns cold after all!

You what, Danny?

He knows his side have fragile confidence, so he's not going to wade into them on the radio is he.

I like him. But time to go.

He's been in charge of a complete and utter disaster. Not all his fault. But what a fucking disaster.

just a thought going back to the 'emergency meeting' a week or so ago this would have been an ideal time to analyse to scope of the task ahead and make very objectives for Wilson to achieve, identify key milestones for measurement toward this and points of critical failure that would result in a reactive action.

So, theoretically, the board should have identified the following key points...

The number of games remaining (x)
The theoretical number of points required for survival (p)
The point after which employing a new manager becomes fruitless (a)
The  number of games it will take to find a new manager (b)
The number of points required over the (a+b) games to make survival a realistic prospect (n)
The action that will be taken if the manager does not achieve the desired number of points (s)

So here's my vbscript for survival

 If n < (x-(a+b)*(average points per game) then
    s = "Wilson Stays"
     Else s = "Sack Wilson"
 End If
