If that's right, Ball's not played enough games. I would suggest Amankwah. He's made 15 starts but most people (including mself) have forgotten what he looks like.

Out of the current players I suppose it's out of Pericard, Dossevi and Amankwah. Out of the three, I get the feeling only Amankwah would get the irony, which I think is important.
