I think it was a decision based on a dubious background which I am guessing they discovered during filming (get rid at the first opportunity) seemed very out of context to suddenly give him the chop above the others... particularly as it was James who changed the appointment from 9-1 (so they could go out on the lash and not have to get up early in the morning...)

Best episode of the series so far. I fucking love the 3 lads, so enthusiastic and genuine - quality scenes when they've all arrived in the boardroom whooping and hollering.
Couldn't make my mind up about Laura on a bang or not bang basis but she looks fucking incredible on You're Fired, proper tasty.
I think she was probably the weakest of the 3 though, I hated Joanna but she's coming good, Liz is very strong and Stella's been arguably the most succesful to date.
