Swindon Town will host Torquay United on Tuesday 5th October after a date was agreed between the two clubs.

The Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round encounter will kick-off at the earlier time of 7pm, with the game going straight to penalties should the game be tied at the end of 90 minutes.

Torquay have a number of former Swindon players in their squad, with Lloyd Macklin and Chris Zebroski amongst them.

The club have chosen to open the Town End for this fixture following feedback from supporters with regards to early round cup games.

Therefore the Town End and Arkell's Stand will be open with the Don Rogers Stand and Adkins Family Stand both closed.
