I recall the last test that an England number 9 scored a ton...1966...the best bit though was that nos 10 and 11 John Snow and Ken Higgs both got 50's. We had been drubbed though by the Windies....never seen anything like it since. Yesterday was good

Well, somehow we managed to claw our way to a very decent total. Top stuff from Broad and Trott. Really looking forward to seeing the highlights later. Hopefully it'll inspire the top of the order to value their wickets a bit more in the next innings.
