Did he have dodgy glasses and long blonde hair, and have a penchant for heavy metal?

Tails failed more times than Maureen from Driving School. Absolutely no use to this thread, but I just wanted to say that

how much are driving lessons now?
when i was taking mine - 1997 - they were £14 an hour.
My first 5 lessons were £6 per hour, rising to £7.50 per hour afterwards. In driving lessons it cost me about £80 to pass my test

Do you remember this happening http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-10987606etc, etc I think mine were even £12-£14 in 1990. Considering how much petrol and insurance has gone up £20-£21 doesn't seem so bad!
