Anyone got a good recipe for salmon?

Sprinkle some herbs and lemon juice over it then wrap in greaseproof paper (use sellotape to stick the paper together). Put into a pan of water and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat after the water's boiled for about 5 mins and leave covered for a further 15mins in the pan. Then serve. Plain and simple

Brilliant. Served it with some egg noodles drizzled in the marinade and it was really nice, will definitely keep the recipe handy - thanks
