Yep, only got me a photo licence a couple of weeks ago. I had to get photo ID for Glasto, and being as my paper licence had been in a river with me, and was stuck together with selotape accross every single fold, I thought I might as well get myself a photo one.
It cost £19 pounds though. A tip is to wait till you move house, then you can change for a photo one for free.

When you change your address it is free to change it, yes. However I'm not sure of the rules if your application is two years late. :?

I took about 15 minutes. Got 32 on the theory bit and passed the hazard perception bit comfortable but can't remember what exact score.
