Instead of commenting on out of date threads thought I would put all my thoughts here! Well found a bar in Salou (La Pineda) In Spain to watch the Wembley match and saw it advertised a few places over in Spain. Shit result and did we even want promotion Millwall outplayed us pretty much all game but old news and old wounds don't need re-opening do they? Anyway it was only me watching the game but gutted just doesn't seem to say the way I felt that day until I finally proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes. God only knows what she was thinking so the day wasn't that dissapointing in the end. BTW Heads up Charlie, Next season??? Paynter is gone? but meh, he can be replaced. I think (and hope) he flops at Leeds. In all fairness it was his one shot at a big club and was out of contract. He was always going to leave i think unless we went up and Leeds didn't. He did ok for us but think he will fail at Leeds. Anyway lovely weather in Spain, Got back here and it pisses it down!  Bring on the world cup! |

I bet you're glad you didn't take people up on the offer of paying to fly back and watch the game especially since you'd have left the sun in Spain for the rain in London!
