part of you has to wonder how much the bad moments have been because of none football related issues.

It must have been tough, particularly with the uncertainty dragging on for so long.  It was only last week that he had confirmation his sister had died, was that 6 months or so later?

This is true, admittedly traditionally 3 keepers is plenty,  but Smithy is 30 now and Lucas is 32...

Pah, jsut reaching their prime. Van Der Sar isn't too bad and he's 40!

I have feeling they will try and get the polish keeper out on loan next season, probably worth keeping Scott on the off chance both Smith and Lucas get injured/suspended

I know that George Wood really rates Scott as a keeper and DW has said on a few occasions that we need 4 keepers at the club.

I'm a little surprised we haven't heard more about Alex Henshall?

Unless this is indicative that he has made his mind up and is off to a "bigger" club?  Bad Mood

Henshall is off in the summer either to Liverpool or Man City, with Man City being the favourites at the mo.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that he was one of the young lads that those two clubs were interested in with these deals between the clubs.

Cheesy that made me genuinely laugh out loud. Although he's absolutely right, really pleased Jean-Francois's been offered a new contract

Where does it say that?

I guess it means he had already signed a new contract. Anyone know for how long?

Your forgetting Jayohachowen or whoever he spells it and JFL are bezzies!

I appreciate that City have more money than most African Countries but surely the wage bit is bollocks, even if they move isn't.

I think it is but if he gets called up the first team it automatically jumps up to 20k a week, so I heard...

Not saying that is gospel or anything.

Although, he's hardly been modest and tight lipped about it, so I heard...
