Having a house viewing only for the elderly resident to take over the viewing from the agent and then decribe how he dried his now deceased wheelchair bound wife under a toilet hand dryer.

One of those terrible moments I had to leave the room for fear of soiling myself.

Just read the letter again, they've got crayons but ask if you've got some then can you bring your own. they're running a bit low as people on the course keep eating them.
