Sniffing out the fastly approaching Summer each year, possibly even more so as things begin to open up much more than they did in 2020...grass clippings, creosote, pussy, BBQS...that kind of thing.

There was a local ad on Facebook today offering Greek lessons. I was interested until I read a part of her ad which said the lessons were for those who want to ‘immerge’ themselves in local culture.

Well, if you can’t even use English properly you can fuck off with Greek.

Yep, it does mean to kind of "blend in", "be a part of". I reckon Aud, you've got mistaken with either "emerge" or "immerse". Immerse would be ok to use in the learning sense too.

One is out, one is in. No hokey cokey though  Wink

haha, either this is a case of the truth hurting or having a serious sense of humour failure.  Either way, I am not sure having a public argument with a cartoon is going to serve much of a purpose.

Think he disconnected from any sense of reality quite some time ago. He probably thinks the cartoons are real. And they're talking directly to him

I laughed at the amended custom title but that would say that it couldn't be further from the truth.
