I'm likewise a glutton for punishment - it's how this server the TEF sits on was configured from an os.

The easy way or the fun way!

I did not know that Steam Link was available on the RPi.

I'm going to have to get one now.

It's a published app in the experimental branch so easy to install, all scripted for you within the Emulation Station GUI. I get some sound clipping and setting up the controller is a pain in the bum but works well for games like Sonic Mania which lend themselves to multiplayer sofa action.

Apparently the Pi version of steamlink is actually better than the official hardware.

I just ordered this case for my Retropie. Ridiculously excited for it to arrive.

What on earth is a retropie let alone a case for one?  Still none the wiser.  Glad you're happy!

I bought a proper Steam Link ages ago but sent it back because it was shit. For the price of an RPi I'm willing to give it a go. Plus, like you, the tinkering around with terminal commands will keep me busy for a while Smiley

It's a suite of emulators that allow you to run old games on a mini pc.

Just preparing some grub ahead of the Champions League final - 10pm KO here.

Greek potatoes, lamb burgers with feta and mint, some pastry thingy with spinach and feta, chicken kebabs.

Listening to some Fleetwood Mac - the proper blues stuff not that abomination with fucking Stevie Nicks.

Best British blues band ever.

Home made burgers made from fatty well aged (first slice) rump and sirloin off cuts, (need to be on good terms with a quality butcher for that type of meat), blitzed in the processor. Proper butchers sausages all coupled with fried onions and a fuck load of beer. Up the scouse.

Yes but an upper class toffs style beating. For a rough arsed council house beating its either double the amount of Carling/carlsberg or diamond white/white lightening.

Sending a WhatsApp message saying 'I'll email you tomorrow about the...' and one the predictive options was 'fannyforum'.

Just noticed there is a wine producer in the village. Popped in to see if they sold direct and had a 12 bottle tasting!
